Shipping policy

At Coffee One On One our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, within Australia. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time

• Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse processes the orders, which could take an additional 2–3 days.

Shipping Time

• This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. (We have warehouses located within Australia and overseas). After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2-5 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
• Items shipped from our warehouses that are based overseas have an ETA of 3-4 weeks.
• You will be notified by a text message/email at every stage informing you what stage of the process your item is at.
• Delivery times above are estimates only. Delivery times apply from the date of dispatch, not the date orders are received and refer to business days not calendar days. We make every attempt to ensure all deliveries arrive within the estimated time frames above however sometimes events occur that are out of our control.
